Are you ready to Tango and 10? Got 10 minutes?
Join us in raising funds to benefit the National CMV Foundation, all while dancing! Even in the face of COVID-19, we are making a difference! Dancing makes us feel great and now more than ever we need to get up and move!
Take time out of your day, and off your couch, to put on your favorite song and dance your worries away for at least 10 minutes. Feel free to share videos of your favorite dance moves with us on social media (Twitter , Facebook , Instagram). Shout us out by using the hashtags #GivingTuesdayNow, #tangoand10, and #stopCMV.
Once your dance break is over, please consider making a $10 donation to aid our fundraising efforts as we move forward with programming while navigating COVID-19. Every day, our committed National CMV Foundation team works to support the CMV community we serve. Now, we need your help. Our organization is committed to ensuring that our staff and programs maintain financial stability and provide day-to-day operations during the coronavirus crisis.
The National CMV Foundation is a network of advocates and professionals who work to inform and educate communities about the risks of congenital cytomegalovirus (CMV) infection, especially among pregnant women. Children born with CMV may have birth defects and experience significant development disabilities. Unfortunately, and despite this reality, CMV remains the most common infection babies are born with in the U.S. The Foundation's primary mission is to eliminate congenital CMV infection within the next generation
